Based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, we are a small stud founded by myself and my parents back in 1980.

The stud takes its' name from the first pony our family owned, 'Pioneer Boy' he was the beginning of our love affair with horses.

Our aim is to produce stock that are not only of show quality but who also have a purpose, therefore emphasis is placed upon temperament, conformation, type and ability.

We prefer to use sires and dams with proven show records and traceable quality pedigrees.

Our two resident stallions Roundhills Dancing Cloud & Pioneerstud Silver Sheikh are both true cremellos bred from Champion Palomino Stock.
