Welcome to the Pioneerstud website, we hope that you enjoy your stay.
Based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, we are a small stud founded by myself and my parents back in 1980.
The stud takes its' name from the first pony our family owned, 'Pioneer Boy' he was the beginning of our love affair with horses.
Our aim is to produce stock that are not only of show quality but who also have a purpose, therefore emphasis is placed upon temperament, conformation, type and ability.

2011
Due to ongoing family & business commitments we have decided not to show in 2011.
For the same reason we have also decided to put several of our horses/ponies up for sale as we do not have time to do them all justice at the moment.
